Shipping Policy

At Staff Sergeant Reckless Company, every order is crafted specifically for you by our dedicated team. We take pride in creating each t-shirt to honor your military pride, ensuring a personal touch in every step of the process.

Processing and Delivery Times

Processing Time: Each order is made just for you, so please allow 2-5 business days for us to carefully create and prepare your t-shirt. During peak seasons, such as holidays, this may take slightly longer as we ensure every detail is perfect.

Shipping Time: Once your custom t-shirt is ready, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage (or similar standard methods). For US customers, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. International orders may take 7-21 days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Total Delivery Time: For US customers, we aim for a total delivery time of 5-10 business days from the date of your order. International delivery times may vary due to customs or other factors. These are estimated times, and delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, or carrier issues) may occur.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

When you place your order, you’ll receive two emails from us:

  • A confirmation email to verify your purchase.

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 5 business days, contact us at staffsergeantrecklesscompany@proton.me.

Shipping Rates

We calculate shipping rates at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. For US orders, we charge a flat rate of $5 per order. International rates vary by destination (e.g., $7 to Canada, $8 to Europe or the Rest of World) and will be shown at checkout. Free shipping is available on US orders over $65!

Example US Shipping Rates:

  • 1 t-shirt: $5

  • 2 t-shirts: $5 (flat rate applies to the entire order)

International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details. International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which we cannot control. We are not responsible for packages held or rejected by customs, and shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier (typically USPS). We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a claim. Check with neighbors or your local post office, as packages may be left in alternative locations.

  • Damaged Packages: If your t-shirt arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on requesting a replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to pick up from a local post office, we cannot reship the order or issue a refund. A new order will need to be placed at your expense.

Order Cancellations and Address Changes

Because each order is custom-made for you, we begin working on it immediately after it’s placed. This means orders cannot be canceled or modified (including address changes) once submitted. If you need to make a change due to an error, contact us at eantrecklesscompany@proton.me within 1 hour of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist. However, we cannot guarantee changes if production has already started.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government regulations. In such cases, we’ll work hard to fulfill your order as soon as possible, but we’re not liable for any resulting delays.
