Accessibility Statement

Staff Sergeant Reckless Company is a small, veteran-owned business, and we want everyone, including veterans and customers with disabilities, to be able to browse our site and place an order without difficulty.
Our Commitment
We are working to make this website usable for as many people as possible, guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. Our site is built on Wix, and we use Wix's built-in accessibility tools as part of that effort.
What We Have Done
Alt text: We add descriptive alternative text to product and page images so screen readers can describe them.
Contrast: We use high-contrast text (light text on dark backgrounds and dark text on light backgrounds) so content is easier to read.
Readable fonts: We use clear, readable fonts and sizes for headings, product descriptions, prices and policies.
Structure: We use headings and a consistent menu layout so pages are easier to navigate on desktop and mobile devices.
Product details: Each product page lists the price, sizes or options, a size chart where applicable, and a link to our Shipping Policy in text, not only in images.
Known Limitations
Some parts of the site may not be fully accessible yet. These include embedded videos and music players from third parties (such as YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music), which may not have captions or full keyboard support; some older blog posts and images that may be missing alt text; and text that appears inside product design images. We are reviewing these areas and improving them over time.
